A customer-facing CarePlan insurance portal for one of the most established names in specialty insurance. The work called for careful handling of policy data and a clean, dependable experience for policyholders, the standard expected of an insurer with a long record of top industry ratings.
Renewable energy management platform
An energy-management platform for a green-energy advocate that has championed renewables since 2007. Avaib delivered the web application that lets the business track and manage energy data, built by a small senior team working closely with the client.
Education ERP integration
An education platform integrated with enterprise systems including PeopleSoft and SAP, so student and institutional data flows cleanly between the software and the systems the organisation already runs. Enterprise integration work like this is where a senior team earns its keep.
Vendor risk-monitoring portal

Media reporting platform rebuild
Numeris ran a business-critical, client-facing platform on an ageing Drupal system: slow, manual and hard to change, with clients waiting on reports. Avaib rebuilt it as a custom, API-first web application with a Laravel 9 backend, Node.js services and a Vue.js frontend, adding an intelligent keyword-based search to make reports easy to find.
Real estate platform stabilisation
RenterVibe's custom PHP and jQuery platform was buckling under technical debt, with brittle code and a poorly structured database, yet a full rebuild was out of budget. Avaib stabilised the existing system through targeted backend optimisation and refactoring, then added finance and real-estate integrations and new in-app features while preserving the legacy structure.
Farmhouse reservation platform
Manual reservations meant scheduling conflicts, poor communication and a heavy admin load. Avaib built a full-stack reservation platform on Laravel and Vue.js with role-based admin controls, client management, an interactive calendar and a booking module, plus integrated SMS and email notifications via Twilio and SendGrid.
Real-time service scheduling system
Customers faced long waits and unresponsive booking: endless follow-ups, missed calls and manual coordination. Avaib built a custom service-management system on ASP.NET and SQL Server that lets users book directly into a provider's calendar in real time, with instant confirmation.
