For recruiters & staffing firms
The role your client just froze can still pay you — every month.
When a client can’t afford the local hire, you don’t have to walk away empty-handed. Refer them a senior Avaib software team and earn up to a 20% recurring commission — up to about $500 a month per resource, recurring for as long as the engagement runs.
Why this works right now
Placements are stalling for the same reason this is taking off.
Clients aren’t hiring locally because the budget isn’t there — not because the work went away. The work is still on their desk, whether it’s software development services or AI solutions. You’re the person they already trust to solve headcount, so you are perfectly placed to hand them a senior team for custom software or integration — with real QA and a warranty behind it, at a fraction of a local salary — and get paid for it, on repeat.
Frozen roles ≠ lost fees
A role that dies in a budget review earns you nothing today. Refer a team instead and it becomes recurring income.
Recurring beats one-off
A placement pays once. A referred engagement pays every month it runs — the income stacks as you add clients.
Zero delivery risk
You make the introduction and the commission follows; we scope, deliver, bill and support. None of the delivery pressure lands on you, and your name stays off it unless you want it there.
How the referral works
Three steps, then it pays on its own.
Spot the fit
A client can’t fill a dev, QA or AI role at local rates — or has a backlog no one’s touching.
Make the intro
You introduce them to us. We handle the scoping call, the proposal and the delivery.
Get paid monthly
Once they’re live, your recurring commission lands every month the team is engaged — up to 20% to start.
The numbers
What a handful of intros is actually worth.
Up to a $20% recurring commission on $2,500/month seats, recurring every month it runs. Figures are indicative and assume the up-to-20% starting rate — your exact rate and terms are set in the one-page Referral Partner Agreement.
1 referred resource — up to about $6,000 a year.
5 resources across your clients — up to roughly $30,000 a year, recurring.
15 resources: a genuine second income line running quietly beside your placements, paying you in the slow months too.

A team good enough to protect the relationship you built.
You’re only as safe as who delivers behind you. Avaib has been delivering senior software development since 2004. One example: a Canadian media and broadcasting company reduced its development investment by approximately 75% compared to local vendor quotations while receiving the same high-quality solution, backed by a 30-day warranty.
Senior-only engineers
Specialists directing modern AI tooling under human review — no juniors on your client’s budget.
Dedicated QA + warranty
A separate QA department tests every build, backed by a 30-day post-launch warranty.
Accountable local contact
A named, accountable contact your client can pick up the phone to.
They own the code
Clean handover, no lock-in — so the relationship stays healthy long-term.
Recruiter FAQ
The questions staffing partners ask first.
Do I have to stop placing candidates?
Not at all. This sits alongside your placement business. When a client freezes a role or can’t afford the local salary, instead of walking away with nothing you introduce an Avaib team and earn a recurring commission. It monetises the clients you currently lose.
What exactly do I earn?
Up to a 20% recurring commission on what the client spends — up to about $500 a month for a single dedicated resource, on a $2,500/month seat, and it keeps recurring for as long as the engagement runs. It is residual, not a one-off finder’s fee, so it compounds as you refer more clients. We set out your exact rate in the one-page Referral Partner Agreement, which we send you when you apply.
Will my client know it’s offshore?
You can be fully open about it — the pitch is a senior team at a fraction of a local salary, with an accountable contact they can talk to. Budget-conscious clients respond well to that. If you’d rather resell under your own brand, ask us about the white-label model instead.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do — especially on the white-label and reserved-capacity models, where we deliver under your brand and stay invisible to your client. On the referral model we deal with the client directly, but only because you have chosen to hand it over.
What about quality and IP?
Every engagement runs through a dedicated QA department, uses senior-only engineers directing modern AI tooling under human review, and carries a 30-day post-launch warranty. Your client owns the code outright — no lock-in.
