Un-Managed Resource Hiring
You can hire dedicated resources through us. This means that we hire a suitable developer as per our client’s requirements. The client then manages the developer as per his/her requirements by maintaining daily communication with the developers. This is a very cost-effective solution for customers that either maintain their in-house applications or have a very high volume of sales.

Price of un-managed resource is an aggregate of 3 items as follows

Monthly Salary
This starts from $300 (usually fresh graduates) and goes up to $2,000. This is subject to increment as per avaib's contract with the employee
Monthly Expenses - $300
These expenses include items like electricity, rent, hardware costs, entertainment expenses and other monthly costs incurred in running a business
Management Fee - $300
This is price for the management of resource which includes the hiring expenses as well as ensuring daily activities and monitoring working activities

For un-managed resources, avaib is responsible to ensure that the resource is present in the office, is properly communicating with the client and working as required. Avaib is not responsible for assigning work to the developer nor is Avaib responsible for the work being done by the resource.

The resource can be hired and fired on clients request. In case of performance issues, the client has to give the developer at least 3 warnings after which the resource can be fired. The client is to give 15 days of paid notice before firing the developer.
